Yoga mat

The package contains our popular 4mm yoga mat that gives a good feeling on the floor but without sacrificing comfort. In addition, the yoga mat is non-slip and can be rolled up to take up almost nothing.

Yogablok

In the yoga package, you also get our yoga block, which provides good support, lifting, and grounding in your yoga postures. The yoga block measures 22 x 15 x 8 cm and can be taken anywhere.

Foam roller

Furthermore, you get our Nordic Strength foam roller. You use the foam roller for trigger-point massage, which reduces muscle soreness after training. Yoga belt
