This exercise ball measures 75 cm. in diameter and is categorised as an ABS exercise ball (Anti Burst System). The fact that the exercise ball falls into this category means that it is made of strong and durable material that does not suddenly give in during exercise. If there should come a hole, the exercise ball will not suddenly explode, but the air will just slowly seep out of it.

It is very important that, before use, you start by pumping your exercise ball approx. 80% up and then let it rest for about 24 hours. It is only after 24 hours of rest that you can pump it full of air before using it for the very first time. This helps to ensure that the rubber is allowed to expand so that you get a good and durable exercise ball you’ll be very happy with.

The ball is delivered uninflated. We recommend that you use a compressor to inflate your balls. Alternatively, you can also make use of a ball pump.
