The mat is 3 mm thick, 183 cm long and 61 cm wide, which are optimal measurements for a yoga mat. As the mat is only 4 mm thick, it is extremely practical because it can be rolled up and thus not take up space. This makes it easy to store or carry under your arm. This mat is blue, but the model is also available in other colours and is available in 3, 4 and 6 mm thickness. The yoga mat has anti-slip, which means that it does not slip when you use it.
