This pull up bar is a great tool if you want to train your back muscles thoroughly or just want to be able to do a lot of pullups.
The pull up bar has two soft foam rubber handles that make it really comfortable to use.
Practical information:
The pull up bar has a screw in the middle, but that screw has nothing to do with the adjustment. Let the screw sit and instead adjust the length of the pull up bar by turning the ends. Both ends can be turned out, making the pull up bar longer.
