This barbell is super great, and is made in standard approved dimensions. The bar can withstand ordinary drops from the knees, but is not a CrossFit bar, and therefore does not withstand drops from above the head.

In addition, the barbell has an optimised knurl, which makes the barbell optimal to hold even if your hands are sweaty. This barbell has no centre knurl, but our 20 kg version has.
