With your own body weight you can get far, as long as you have an exercise mat to perform the exercises on. You can do exercises for the back, upper back, arms, abdomen, legs and buttocks. You can actually get everything done just with a mat. Do traditional abdominal exercises where you lie on your back with slightly parted legs and pull yourself all the way up to sit with your abdominals. Or lie in the same position where you then lift your backside up. It's good exercise. Play with the ideas - unleash your imagination with the exercises. It makes exercising a lot more fun.

If you want the exercise to be even harder, you can use dumbbells on the mat and maybe a skipping rope in between exercises so you can get your heart rate up completely.
