The exercise ball is an ABS exercise ball (Anti Burst System), which means that it is extra durable. You therefore do not need to be nervous whether it can hold up to all the exercises that you do. The worst that can happen if, for some reason, it should break through anyway, the air just quietly seeps out of it.

The exercise ball is used by pumping it approx. 80% up, first, and then letting it rest for 24 hours. This is important as the rubber needs rest to be able to yield to the air that you have pumped into it. After 24 hours, the rubber has expanded and the exercise ball can now be inflated to full size.

The ball is delivered uninflated. We recommend that you use a compressor to inflate your balls. Alternatively, you can also make use of a ball pump.
